كنيسة سيّدة المعونات - عين عكرين سكن الموارنة بلدة عين عكرين من القرن التاسع عشر. أمّا الكنيسة فبنيت نهاية القرن التاسع عشر. البناء كناية عن سوقٍ واحدٍ مسقوف ينتهي بحنية نصف دائريّة. المميّز في هذه الكنيسة أنّها آن رمّمت أوائل هذا القرن زيّنها المرحوم الأب عبده بدوي رائد الإيقونوغرافيا المارونيّة الحديثة بمجموعةٍ من الفسيفساء والأيقونات. The church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help - Ain Ekrine The Maronites first came to Ain Ekrin in the beginning of the XIXth century. They built the church at the end of the century. The structure is a single nave roofed building, with a semi circular apse. The church was restored in the early XXIth century, and it consists a visual iconographical heritage to the belated Fr Abdo Badawi, the pioneer of modern maronite iconography.

كنيسة سيّدة الحقلة - بان

بنيت سنة ١٨٨٣ كما تشير البلاطة التذكاريّة. هي كابيلا صغيرة تابعة للرعيّة بجانب المدافن تتألف من سوق واحد ينتهي بالمذبح. زيد عليها قنطرة المدخل والقرميد أواخر القرن العشرين. لوحتها من صنع أوروبي تعود لسنة ١٩٢٣.

The church of Our Lady of the fields - Ban

The church was built in 1883 as it is shown by the epitaph. The church is a small chapel near the cemetery. It consists of one nave ending with the altar. A gateway and a tiled roof were added at the end of the XXth century. The painting is imported from Europe and dates back to 1923.

كنيسة مار روكز - الفراديس

الكنيسة الأولى هي محبسة في أعلى القرية تعود للقرون الوسطى. بُنيت الكنيسة الحاليّة وسط البلدة في القرن التاسع عشر، هي كنيسة صغيرة بعقدٍ مصالب، قبّتها تعود لسنة ١٩٥٤. تضم الكنيسة لوحةً لمار روكز عمل حنّا رفوّل دحدح سنة ١٩٥٧. على بيت القربان نقشٌ لطائر الفينيق رمزٌ القيامة.

The church of St Roch - Fradis

The first church was a medieval hermitage on the edge of the village. In the mid XIXth century the current church was built in the middle of the vill’age. The structure consists of a single small crossed vault, the bell tower was added in 1954. The church holds a painting of St Roch by Hanna Raffoul Dahdah from 1957. The tabernacle has a phoenix engraving on it’s door symbolizing Ressurection.

بنى الموارنة كنيستهم الأولى في معراب على أنقاض هيكل رومانيّ وثنيّ. خُرّبت هذه الكنيسة الأولى مع حملة المماليك على كسروان سنة ١٣٠٥. أعاد أبناء البلدة بناء الكنيسة على إسم ما باسيليوس وغريغوريوس، وأخذت شكلها الحاليّ سنة ١٨٨٥. في هذه الكنيسة يرقد على رجاء القيامة المطران بولس فؤاد نعيم تابت (١٩٢٩-٢٠٠٩) وهو أوّل سفير بابويّ مارونيّ لبنانيّ.


The first church was built by the Maronites over a roman pagan temple. The church was destroyed during the Mamluk’s campaign on Keserwan in 1305. After their return, the villagers reconstructed the church and it was consecrated to Sts Basil and Gregory. It took its final shape in 1885. The church is the final resting place of Bishop Paul Fouad Naim Tabet (1929-2009), the first Lebanese Maronite Papal nuncio
