كنيسة سيّدة المعونات - عين عكرين سكن الموارنة بلدة عين عكرين من القرن التاسع عشر. أمّا الكنيسة فبنيت نهاية القرن التاسع عشر. البناء كناية عن سوقٍ واحدٍ مسقوف ينتهي بحنية نصف دائريّة. المميّز في هذه الكنيسة أنّها آن رمّمت أوائل هذا القرن زيّنها المرحوم الأب عبده بدوي رائد الإيقونوغرافيا المارونيّة الحديثة بمجموعةٍ من الفسيفساء والأيقونات. The church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help - Ain Ekrine The Maronites first came to Ain Ekrin in the beginning of the XIXth century. They built the church at the end of the century. The structure is a single nave roofed building, with a semi circular apse. The church was restored in the early XXIth century, and it consists a visual iconographical heritage to the belated Fr Abdo Badawi, the pioneer of modern maronite iconography.

كنيسة مار أنطونيوس الكبير - سرجبال

هي كنيسة صغيرة مبنيّة وسط البلدة أواخر القرن التاسع عشر. البناء مسقوف ينتهي بحنية نصف دائريّة. تعرضت الكنيسة للتخريب خلال الحرب الأهليّة سنة ١٩٨٣. أُعيد ترميمها مع عودة المسيحيّين الى البلدة في تسعينيّات القرن العشرين.

The church of St Anthony the great - Serjbel

The small parochial church was built in the village’s square in the latter half of the XIXth century. The structure is roofed ending with a semi circular apse. The church was sabotaged during the Lebanese civil war in 1983. It was restored in the nineties.

محبسة مار شلّيطا - وادي المذابح حدشيت

وادي المذابح هو من روافد الوادي المقدَس، وفيه محبسة مار أرتاميوس (شليطا) وتعود للقرن الحادي عشر. مؤلّفة من عقد سريريّ ينتهي بحنية نصف دائريّة، البناء أصبح اليوم أثرًا. في الموقع بقايا عظام بشريّة.

The Hermitage of St Chalita - The valley of Mazabeh Hadsheet

The valley of Mazabeh is a part of the Holy Valley descending from Hadsheet. In the valley stands the hermitage of St Artemius (Chalita in syriac) dating back to the XIth century. The building is in ruins consisting of a cribbed vault ending with a semi circular apse. The church contains remains of human bones.

كنيسة سيّدة المهاجرين - عبدين

بنيت الكنيسة سنة ١٩٤٩ بسعي حثيث من خادم الرعيّة آنذاك الخوري بولس العلم، الذي ما وفّر جهدًا مع أبناء البلدة المهاجرين لبناء كنيسة كبيرة للبلدة. هي الكنيسة الوحيدة المكرّسة لسيّدة المهاجرين التي يقع عيدها في ١٨ أيلول من كلّ عام، تذكار هجرة المسيح الى مصر. المذبح الكبير مستقدم من دير راهبات الناصرة في بيروت سنة ١٩٦٢، وهو إيطاليّ الصنع. أمّا اللوحات فوق المذابح فهي من عمل يوسف بو هارون من زغرتا، وفي الكنيسة لوحة أخرى للسيّدة من عمل جوزيف فبيان العلم.

The church of Our Lady of Immigrants - Abdin

The church was built in 1949 with the aids of the village’s diaspora and the hard work of Fr Boulos El Alam who raised funds for the project. It is the only church with this dedication. Its feast day is celebrated on the 18th of September every year, the commemoration of the Flight to Egypt. The high altar is Italian and was brought from The Sisters of Nazareth Monastery in Beirut in 1962. The paintings over the altars are the work of Joseph Bou Haroun. The church holds another painting of the Madona done by Joseph Fabien El Alam.
